My husband and I did prefer the basa fish over the traditional as it tasted softer and better texture. Although the chips were freshly fried, the seasoning and crunchiness wasn’t a match for the other fish & chips place we’ve visited recently in the neighbouring suburb. Portion size was quite generous, plenty of chips. It seemed like a family run business and everyone including the children are all very friendly. The only downside was the after taste greasiness in the mouth that lingered for a while which we didn’t experience from the other place we visited… it is fried food after all… Excellent fish & chips in the local. ”
